This is one of your best opportunities to build awareness and education about eco-friendly practices. Provide your guests with food and drink so delicious, they may be surprised to discover that it is eco-friendly.
Serve organic, locally-grown fare, including seasonal produce, farm-friendly cheeses and meats, and fish from sustainable sources.
Minimize your meat dishes, since raising cattle requires a significantly higher amount of energy than growing vegetables.
